Build traction for a new AI product inside a profitable, growing company

At DCS Computing, we are building engicloud.ai — a new SaaS platform with the chance to become a major growth driver within our profitable and owner-led software company. We’re looking for a hands-on Growth & Marketing Manager who loves turning ideas into traction, enjoys experimenting with modern AI tools, and is excited to help shape marketing and generate data-driven insights, but also product processes and operational foundations.
You will mostly work on marketing, growth, and demand generation, but you should also enjoy jumping into whatever helps move the product forward —improving workflows and setting up automations to building repeatable internal processes. If you’ve worked in a SaaS startup, know how to generate and measure growth, and like using AI as a real productivity multiplier, this role could be a great fit.
What you’ll do
- Own and drive growth initiatives and create a lean, scalable marketing engine for engicloud.ai
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across channels, especially Google Ads
- Set up and continuously improve tracking, reporting, and funnel analysis with Google Analytics and related tools
- Build, maintain, and improve landing pages and website content to increase traffic, conversion, and clarity of messaging
- Run experiments across positioning, acquisition, activation, and conversion
- Apply AI tools such as LLMs, clay.com, n8n, and similar platforms to automate research, content, outreach, reporting, and internal workflows
- Support operational topics that come up in an early-stage product environment: processes, documentation, tooling, and cross-functional coordination
- Work closely with product, technical, and business stakeholders to turn customer insights into better go-to-market execution
- Support our existing software product Aspherix with related tasks
What we’re looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a SaaS startup or B2B environment
- Proven hands-on experience in marketing / growth / demand generation, ideally in an early-stage product launch environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Experience in maintaining websites / landing pages
- A bias for action: you like testing, learning, iterating, and improving
- Genuine interest in AI/automation tools to work smarter and faster, e.g. LLMs, clay, n8n
- Comfort working independently in a broad, evolving role with lots of ownership
- Strong communication skills and a practical, entrepreneurial mindset, working in environments where priorities may change
- Very good English skills; German is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM, SEO, attribution, and conversion rate optimization
Nice to have
- Basic Python skills for automation or data-related tasks
- Experience in building building and websites / landing pages
- B2B Marketing experience

Salary
Annual gross salary: €55,000 – €72,000 + profit share based on your experience
